English (with markup preserved): Hotel room reservations are made in order to reserve a room in advance for a specific guest (or a group of guests) for the date of arrival. A reservation may be made on the day of check-in, but before the check-in time установленого (regulated) by the hotel. If, when booking a room, an advance payment for accommodation is received to the hotel’s account, or if the guest (or group of guests) is considered significant for the hotel, such a reservation is “guaranteed”. If the reservation is not guaranteed, actions related to it are carried out in accordance with the establishment’s regulations.
