The search can be performed using a single criterion or a combination of criteria. If a criterion contains several values (for example, **“Status”**, **“Payment”**), all or several of them can be included in the search. When several criteria are specified, records that satisfy all specified values (logical **AND**) will be searched. If no parameter is specified in any block, this means that this accrual parameter is not filtered. The search criteria themselves do not require additional description.
To filter guest records, click the **Search** button. As a result, guest records that meet the specified parameters will be displayed in a table.
Note.
The list of records is generated taking into account guest relocations; therefore, it may include guests who previously stayed in the specified rooms. In this case, the **“Room”** column will display the number of the room in which the relocated guest is currently staying.
The following buttons may be located in the row with the found guest record:
Open guest card;
Guest questionnaire;
Show history;
Open group card.
Clicking any of the listed buttons performs the action indicated in the tooltip.
