On the “Residents” tab, lists of guests, guest groups, and scheduled events are displayed. The list shows guests and guest groups that are staying at the hotel selected in the status bar at the top. Guest Search

Guest search for guests whose data has been added and saved in the System (a guest card has been created or passport details have been entered) is performed on the **“Search”** tab (**“Basic / Home / Search”**) or in the **“Search”** submodule (**“Basic / Search”**). The search criteria on both pages are identical.
Базовий пошук.png
The search can be performed using a single criterion or a combination of criteria. If a criterion contains several values (for example, **“Status”**, **“Payment”**), all or several of them can be included in the search. When several criteria are specified, records that satisfy all specified values (logical **AND**) will be searched. If no parameter is specified in any block, this means that this accrual parameter is not filtered. The search criteria themselves do not require additional description.

To filter guest records, click the **Search** button. As a result, guest records that meet the specified parameters will be displayed in a table.
Note. The list of records is generated taking into account guest relocations; therefore, it may include guests who previously stayed in the specified rooms. In this case, the **“Room”** column will display the number of the room in which the relocated guest is currently staying.

The following buttons may be located in the row with the found guest record:

  • Btn s 1.gif Open guest card;
  • Btn s data.gif Guest questionnaire;
  • Btn client history.gif Show history;
  • Btn s company.gif Open group card.

Clicking any of the listed buttons performs the action indicated in the tooltip.
