Residents as of the current date

The page that is set as the home page is configured by the System administrator. As a rule, the home page contains the “Residents” or “Room Grid 2.0” tab.

On the “Residents” tab, lists of guests, guest groups, and scheduled events are displayed. The list shows guests and guest groups that are staying at the hotel selected in the status bar at the top. When the value “All” is selected, the list will display guests of those hotels for which the activity status is set in the System.

The tab contains the following sections: “Unsaved guest cards”, “Unsaved group cards”, which display lists of guest and/or guest group cards that have not been saved for any reason; “Residents as of <current_date>” with a list of guests; “Open groups” and “Open events”, which display lists of guests and events with open (unclosed) accounts.

In the “Residents as of <current_date>” section, the following information is displayed for each guest:

"No." – sequential number of the guest in the list;

"A/Account" – guest personal account number;

"Hotel" – name of the hotel where the guest is staying;

"Full name" – guest’s last name, first name, and patronymic;

"Check-in" – guest check-in date;

"Check-out" – guest check-out date;

"Ad/Ch/PCh" – Adults/Children/Paying Children. The abbreviation is used in table column headers to indicate the number of adults, children, and children who have reached the age from which accommodation at the hotel is charged;

"Cat." – short name of the surcharge category to which the guest belongs;

"Comment" – additional information about the guest;

"To pay, <currency abbreviation>" – amount of money the guest must pay to the hotel;

"Room" – room number in which the guest is staying;

"Rate" – name of the rate plan that defines the accommodation cost;

"Operator company" – name of the company through which the guest arrived;

"Group" – name of the guest’s group;

"Cit." – guest citizenship;

"Status" – current guest status;

"Payment type" – method of payment for services;

record management buttons:

• • (Open guest card) – switch to the guest card editing mode;
  • (Open group card) – switch to the guest group card editing mode;
  • (Open company card) – switch to the company card editing mode (if the guest is staying on behalf of a company);
  • For each guest, full information from the guest card can be viewed by hovering the cursor over the icon in the “A/Account” column.

By default, the list of guests staying on the current date is displayed. To display all guests registered in the System, uncheck “Residents only” and click the Search button or press the Enter key.

Guest search is available. The search is performed by the contents of the following fields:

"A/Account" – personal account;

"Full name" – guest’s last name, first name, and patronymic;

"Room" – room number;

"Company" – operator company.

In the “Open groups” section, for each group the sequential group number (the “No.” column), the payment method for services (the “Payment type” column), and information about unsaved group cards in the “Unsaved group cards” section are displayed.

In the “Open events” section, the following information is displayed for each event:

"No." – sequential number of the event;

"A/Account" – personal account number of the event;

"Hotel" – name of the hotel where the event is planned to be held;

"Event" – topic or name of the event;

"Service" – event type;

"Customer" – name of the company or the employee who contacted the hotel to organize the event;

"Period start" – event start date and time;

"Period end" – event end date and time;

"Booking" – information about the event guarantee or its payment;

"Manager" – registration username of the System user who made the booking;

the (Open event card) button, intended to switch to the event card editing mode.

Guest Search

Пошук гостей, дані про яких були додані та збережені в Системі (заведено картку гостя або введено паспортні дані), виконується на вкладці «Пошук» («Базовий / Головна / Пошук») або у підмодулі «Пошук» («Базовий / Пошук»). Критерії пошуку на обох сторінках ідентичні.

Пошук виконується як по одному, так і за сукупністю критеріїв. Якщо критерій містить кілька значень (наприклад, «Статус», «Оплата»), можна включити для пошуку всі або кілька з них. При заданні кількох критеріїв шукатимуться записи, що задовольняють сукупності всіх заданих значень (логічне «І»). Якщо в жодному блоці не зазначено жодного параметра, це означає, що цей параметр нарахування не відбирається. Самі критерії пошуку додаткового опису не вимагають. Щоб відібрати записи про гостей, натисніть кнопку Пошук. В результаті в табличному вигляді відобразяться записи про гостей, що задовольняють заданим параметрам.
Примітка. Список записів формується з урахуванням переселення гостей, тому до нього можуть бути включені гості, які проживали у заданих кімнатах раніше. При цьому в стовпці «Кімната» буде відображено номер кімнати, в якій проживає гість, що переселився в поточний момент. У рядку зі знайденим записом про гостя можуть бути розташовані такі кнопки:

• Відкрити картку гостя;
• Анкета гостя;
• Показати історію;
• Відкрити карту групи.

При натисканні на одну з перерахованих кнопок виконується дія, зазначена у підказці.
